The newest testament, according to the enlightened San Tronco part 106

Door San Daniel gepubliceerd in Verhalen en Poëzie

The animals approached but as in an anesthetized state. Noah saw it and did not dare to move. The blue flames now licked the opening of the ark for a long time and a few raindrops began to fall around him. With graceful creeping glides, a tiger with his companion disappeared through the flickering gate, followed by a lion and a lioness. Two foxes now jumped through the gate and the two zebras walked down to the opening with a swinging gait. The line of animals meandered far into the distance, as far as the eye could see, and Noah realized that the time of fulfillment had come. He realized something more when he saw the stoic animals approaching to the horizon, they would never all fit into the ark. He gave Japhet a sign and on all fours, keeping low, they crawled back from the ark, where animal species stepped in after animal species. Two vultures came in diving low and disappeared through the portals. When they had withdrawn far enough, Noah stood up and walked half-bent to attract as little attention as possible to the camp, closely followed by his son.

It is' T, time 'T', the head techno spoke in the microphone and in a distant country stripped of all life, the gate appeared, blue shimmering and illuminating in brightness. It came in and out of focus, first as a hazy translucent appearance but soon taking shape and consolidating with the environment. "That worked out well," said the head guard against his techno assistant, "you should not lose them between the gates." His assistant noded, 'no,' he answered, 'then the planter would have had a lot more work to do. 'Just check, time check please,' requested the head techno. The assistant scrolled through a few screens, 'we're fine, he said,' we're on T + 210. That's 210 days after cleansing. "Hosannah," said the chief techno and pressed a key, "in the highest," replied his mate touching his forehead

The tigers got out first, they held their pass and looked around in astonishment, then ran away from the gate. The lions and the foxes came through the gate at the same time. The foxes looked up at their traveling companions for a moment and quickly cleared their way. The zebras were so sensible to wait until the lions had disappeared over the steppes and then walked out with a rocking stride. A bunch of vultures flew over their heads and sparrows fluttered away from the gate that had now produced a loud buzzing. No human eye perceived the animals.

                                                                .- & -.

210 days earlier, Noah and his family saw how the rhinoceros, which closed the line, stepped in through the opening of the ark. Slowly the crackling died away and the blue flames became weaker and then disappeared. Silence entered, an ominous silence, the silence before the storm, which was broken by a click, and from the stones around them the iron voice sounded. "This is the time of the fulfillment, now until tomorrow morning, gather your family and loved ones and friends and load the supplies into the portal and then man your ship and do not look back because everything will be new." A second click made the stones be silent.

Shem and Japhet walked circumspectly to the ark, while Gam and Noah watched them from a distance. Japhet was the first to look inside, followed by Sem. Noah and his son saw the pair jumping up and down a bit later and beckoning them, and they went down the hill. Japhet ran to meet his father, "Dad," he called out with wild eyes, "they are all one, there is not one left."
